Underutilised document so colleagues were less invested in the refresh. Therefore, I organised meetings across depts to understand best practice and impact. I devised a plan for how better to utilise the document. I organised meetings with G6s to motivate them with x-gov impact to hold team workshops and CSA to raise awareness of in all staff call. I gave clear timelines and involved the council so they could delivery. These were aiming to be updated for the last 3 years and I achieved within 6 months.
Or Amy- Underengaged. Introduce topic, importance, and interest, set out timelines breaking down into manageable tasks and highlghting those that are highest priority. Weekly meetings to keep momentum.

The when briefings came in could quickly identify those who could help, singpost to evidence and collate within 24 hours, making up over half of the final brief.

COVID-19- built trusted relationships across Home Office and SPI-B academic community, by proactively sharing information with each and enabling evidence based policy making and ensuring relevent useful reports. Therefore, when HS brief came in with a 24hr deadline I volunteered to do the science return. There were no existing reports on topic so I used my network to gather the latest data and insight, directly discussing the ask with academics and depts. Enabled efficient collection of information, making up over half of the end brief.
-Logic chain, build trust throughout the review so when the report was suddenly needed, could identify assign people key tasks and motivate the HEO to take the lead. This was only possible as had already built relationship with the HEO by guiding them through earlier stages.
