SIT, panned timelines, ran drop in sessions, delegated task to EO in the team, chaired meetings
or CM task
Review- step 5, timeline to go to D shortened to the next week when I was on AL, so I identified priority tasks and led meeting with the HEO to run through the tasks and identified the actions that would be needed under each task.
HEO not convinced could make deadline, but I inspired them by explaining how else it risked all previous analysis missing time for informing.
After breaking it up into manageable tasks, I motivated the HEO to take the lead on the collation. I summarised discussions into an email and delegated tasks across the team, highlighting that the HEO would be leading to increase clarity and inspire the HEO. The report was completed to a high standard and I was praised on my calm approach and direction.
