What is specular reflection?
where parallel rays all bounce off at the same angle
What is the law of reflection?
Angle of incidence = angle of reflection
What is diffuse reflection?
incident ray is reflected at many angles, rather than at just one angle
Where does an ammeter do in a circuit?
in series with the components
Where does a voltmeter do in a circuit?
In parallel across a component
Which direction do the magnetic field lines go in a bar magnet?
Out the north pole and into the south pole
Why does a thicker wire have a smaller resistance then a thin wire?
there is more space for the electrons to move through, reducing the likelihood of collisions and thus heat generation.
