It is used to backup files, folders, documents, software data and even entire computer systems
What is the purpose of a full Backup?
Allows for a complete restoration of all backed up files
What is the purpose of a Incremental Backup?
Only backs up files that have changed since the most recent backup
What is the purpose of a Differential backup?
Backs up all files that have changed since the last full backup
What is the purpose of a Mirror backup?
Will only copy new and modified files after the first copy has been made

Faster restore time

Scans files to check for threats- quarantines infected programs- scans downloads- constantly runs in background
What is the advantage of Antivirus?
Decreases chances of the computer being infected- prevents hackers- can include firewall- stops spam email- protects from spyware
