play at county/regional/ youth academy level, with a increased sporting ability. they must partake in regular training sessions to maintain
what is participation level?
play for school clubs/teams, taking part in a sporting activity. they make a few errors and play for enjoyment
what is foundation level?
beginner level were basic/fundamental skills are developed, like school PE
what do coaches use at excellence level?
critical performance analysis/video analysis.
specialist coaches (psychologist - mind/body behaviour and conditioning)

tactical development/refining skills/ focus on strengths and weakness/ analysis of own performance
