A leader is someone that inspires and people follow them voluntarily. They are relationship-oriented

What is an autocratic leadership style?
An autocratic leadership style is where the leader holds on to as much power as possible

-No consulting
-Makes all the decision
-Usually used when employees are unskilled, not trusted
