The human resource manger will use two methods.

  1. Staff turnover
  • Can identify the qualifications employees will need
  • The skills needed
  • The number of people that will be needed

Through looking at on average the number of staff that are leaving the organisation

  1. Considerations of structural changes in the organisation
  • The human resource manager must consider the following
  1. The number of people needed
  2. The level of experience needed for a particular role
  3. Where the employees will be needed

When there are structural changes in the organisation
