Some people became door to door sales men some asked for money from churches and charities

Young men road the rails west, in search of work, they found none and so were sent to relief camps where they worked long days
On to Ottawa trek
Hundreds of young men road the rails to Ottawa to protest, the were stopped in Saskatchewan , eventually a riot broke out
