Chicken Wings

7 pieces jumbo chicken wings, served with celery, petite greens. Wings are seasoned with salt and pepper, paprika, blended olive oil, and par baked. After cooling, wings are dusted in corn starch and deep fried.
Choose from two sauces:
- Buffalo sauce (Frank’s hot sauce & butter) with blue cheese dressing
- BBQ sauce (similar to Sweet Baby Ray’s) with ranch dressing
Seared Tuna

4oz Ahi tuna* crusted with black and white sesame seeds, seared rare, then chilled. Sliced in 6 pieces, resting on wontons topped with Asian slaw**, wasabi aioli****
