How does the Fit’s TPMS work?
The TPMS on the Fit monitors and compares each tires rolling radius and rotational characteristics to determine if one or more tires are significantly under-inflated.
The system must be recalibrated every time you adjust the pressure in the tires, rotate or replace tires.
To recalibrate, the car must be in park or neutral. Turn ignition on and hold the TPMS button until the tire icon in the instrument panel blinks twice.
The process will be completed after a cumulative total of 30 minutes of driving between 30 and 60 mph.
