2 oz mezcal ¾ oz orgeat ½ oz lime 2 dash angostura -up Combine all ingredients in shaker add ice, shake, double strain chilled martini glass

1.25 abinsthe 1 egg white ½ lemon ½ agave ½ crème de peche Top soda -rocks -lemon zest Shaker tin egg white, lemon, agave, peche, dry shake, add absinthe, ice, shake till cold, strain new ice Collins glass, top with soda, lemon peel rosette

2 oz gin ¾ oz LA grenadine ½ oz lemon Absinthe rinse -up -spray of absinth, Add all ingredients to shaker tin, shake double strain chilled/absinthe spritz martini glass, absinthe spritz on top

1.75oz Crater Lake Rye ½ oz green chartreuse ½ honey ½ oz lemon 1 dash lemon bitters 1 strawberry Mint muddled -rocks -mint & strawberry Muddle strawberry, mint with bitters, add rye, green chartreuse, honey, lemon, shake strain new ice bucket.

2 oz No 3 gin ½ oz Lemon ½ LA ginger elixir ½ honey syrup Muddled cucumber -rocks -cucumber spiral Muddle cucumber, add all ingredients, shake strain new ice Collins, top with soda, long cucumber peel, curled and skewered
