Define Authority.
Legitimacy to exert power (enforce laws, demand obedience, make commands & determinations, or judge the acts of others)
Define Influence.
Form of power that is not legitimated through official channels. Influence is the action or process of producing effects on the actions, behavior, & opinion of others.
