What are the sections of a Data Packet?
A
-Packet Header.
-Payload.
-Packet Trailer.

What does the packet header contain?
A
-IP address of the sender.
-IP address of the receiver
-The sequence number
-Packet size

A
-The actual Data

What does the Packet trailer contain?
A
-Error checking code(Examples: CRC, Parity check)
-A way of identifying the end of the packet

How does Packet Switching work?
A
-Packets Take Different Routes, and because of this, packets often arrive in the wrong order
-Packs Hop from router to router and have a certain amount of hops to ensure packets don’t get lost
