Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort (v.3)
1
For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing (v.15)

Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God (v.5)

Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God, we do not lose heart. (v.1)
4
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. (v.17)

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? (v.14)
6
For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death. (v.10)
7
As it is written, “Whoever gathered much had nothing left over, and whoever gathered little had no lack.” (v.15)
8
He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. (v.10)
9
For it is not the one who commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends. (v.18)
10
Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is made to fall, and I am not indignant? (v.29)
11
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” (v.9)
12
Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. (v.5)

New Covenant, Non-Xian Dating, Repentance / Grief, Suffering, Generosity
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
1
For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.
1
so that we would not be outwitted by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his designs.
2
For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing, to one a fragrance from death to death, to the other a fragrance from life to life. Who is sufficient for these things?
2
Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God
3
Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God, we do not lose heart.
4
In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
4
But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us.
4
So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.
4
for we walk by faith, not by sight.
5
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.
5
For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died; and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.
5
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
5
We have spoken freely to you, Corinthians; our heart is wide open. You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted in your own affections. In return (I speak as to children) widen your hearts also.
6
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
6
For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death.
7
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.
8
The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
9
And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work
9
He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God.
9
For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ
10
“Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.” For it is not the one who commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.
10
And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
11
And, apart from other things, there is the daily pressure on me of my anxiety for all the churches. Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is made to fall, and I am not indignant?
11
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
12
Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!
13
Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
