Ice 24-48hrs, analgesics, FIgure 8 brace w/sling 3 weeks, Return to activity 2-4 weeks.
How do you treat a SC joint dislocation?
Reduction under anesthesia, FIgure 8 brace w/sling, Physical therapy, Return 6-8 weeks for anterior dislocation, up to 12 weeks for posterior.
