Adducts, extends arm at shoulder and internally rotates the arm
What is the action of the trapezius?
Tilt and turn the head and neck, shrug the shoulders, depresses and retracts the scapula
What is the action of the rhomboid major and minor?
Retract and rotate the scapula
What is the action of the levator scapuli?
Elevates the scapula
What is the action of the supraspinatus?
Helps the deltoid muscles initiate abduction of the arm
