Circuit Training
This takes a set # of techniques and repeats them over and over again (slow kicks)
Cycle Training
This is a method of doing a variety of single sets, without repeating previous techniques and progressing the difficulty as the workout progresses (technique competition)
Reflex Training
This has the student attack and counter as fast as possible 4 a set period of time (sparring)
Stretch Training
This employs the aspects ballistic, dynamic,static, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)
Strength Training
This allows the student to increase the amount of force a muscle or group of muscles can exert.
(push ups)
Isometric Training
This has a student push or pull against an immovable object to shorten and tighten the muscles used
Anaerobic and Aerobic Training
These use both endurance and explosive technique to maximize student conditioning
