Give a short Summary of what happened in the St Valentine’s day Massacre?
Seven members of a gang called the O’Banions were in a garage which was used for alcohol during prohibition. Three police officers showed up and told the gang to line up against the wall. Then the police officers shot the O’Banions. Two more people in normal clothes turned up and the police officers pretended to walk them out. It turned out it was Al Capone gang dressed up as police officers.

On August 1st 1927 Sacco and Vanzetti were executed as they were unfairly accused of murder and armed robbery at a shoe factory. It was an unfair trial as the judge was known to be biased against italians, anarchists and immigrants.

A white supremacy movement who used violence to intimidate black African Americans. They are the strongest in the south and by 1924 they had 4.5 million members.
