Commission plan & City manager plan
basically makes a board so that political machines will have a harder time taking over, and also hires people who are not from where they are governing / are not politicians to make sure they actually like their job and are not biased.

If you are hurt in the workplace, you get compensation and stuff. Also graduated income taxes

Federal Reserve System
Allowed the government to control some of the economy with a central bank. Also, did not back money with gold or silver so it is all based on faith in the currency

Older and didn’t really work
Clayton Antitrust Act
Supports antitrust organizations
Creates specific rules to prevent monopoly creation, ex. price dumping is outlawed
this is much more specific and easier to regulate
Federal Trade Commission Act
Businesses and politicians will work together to understand how far is to far
Keating Owen Act
Bans child labor for businesses that practice interstate trade.
