the lightness or darkness of a color
what is the difference between a tint and a shade?
a tint is made when white is added to a color and a shade is made when black is added to a color

the brightness or dullness of a color
what is the color wheel but definition?
a tool that shows how colors are related to eachother

they are made by mixing equal amounts of two primary colors
