Q

What is the equation for specific heat capacity?

A

E = m x c x 0

Where
E is the energy transferred in joules
m is the mass in kg
c is the specific heat capacity in J/kg*c
0 is the temperature change in *c

Q

The greater the mass being heated, the more energy is required

A

1kg by 1c = 1 sch
2kg by 1
c = 2 sch
1kg by 2c = 2 sch
2kg by 2
c = 4 sch
