A

Effectiveness (whether users can complete their goals with high accuracy)
Efficiency (speed. how fast can the user get the job done? # of steps or clicks)
Engagement (refers to how pleasant and gratifying the product is to use)
Error tolerance (minimize errors and ensure that a user can easily recover from an error and get back to what they were doing)
Easy to learn (design systems that match a user’s existing mental models)
