  • Devices contain many precious metals such as gold and uses a lot of energy which creates pollution.
  • to produce devices we use fossil fuels that releases pollution
  • E-waste - the world creates around 20-50 million tonnes per year and end up in landfills in Africa and Asia. this can be hazardous as it releases toxic chemicals.
