What is the azimuth?

• The compass direction; the horizontal angle of an object in space
• Due north is 0o and then it goes clockwise 90o would be east, 180o would be south, etc

What is the altitude?

• The height of the object above the horizon.

- Ranges from 0o at sea level to 90o straight up

What is the zenith?

Answer 3

• The highest point directly overhead
