A
Purpose:

- Can stand alone for basic understanding of an issue
- Slightly more detailed than point paper
- Used to inform others during a scheduled oral presentation

Guidance:
- Unequivocal (accurate) while being as short as possible (brief) to convey a tightly focused (specific) point
- Filling the white space to end of the bullet line is NOT required
