Having motivated staff leads to greater productivity which means less wastage and higher profitability for a business

Makes employees more productive Motivated staff are more reliable and loyal to the business

To get the donkey to move faster and work harder you can either choose:

Employees are paid per finished item or unit. So the more you work the more money you get

Every sale you make you get a small percentage of the sale

Money added on to you salary for meeting the sales needw
