Wide bore IV access

Admin 50mcg (0.5ml 1:10000) IV over 1 min
in collapse consider infusion

Additional support consider other IV Vasopressor

Stable to ICU

Corticosteroids
Antihistamine
Bronchodilator - if bronchospasm
Tryptases
Record keeping, critical incident and documentation
debriefing and councelling
letter to GP / Medi alert bracelet
Report to drug database
Notify anaphylaxis databse
Allergy testing
Skin prick testing - IgE antibodies
Intradermal - if negskin prick
Serum IgE abod assay - sux
Radio allergosorbent test (rast)
Basophil stim test - flow cytometry
