This is the logic circuitry that responds to basic instructions in a computer this is the most important part of the computer that interprets computer information

This is the main circuit board inside a computer that connects the different parts of a computer together it allows for CPU, RAM and Expansion cards, and allows for monitors, speakers and headphones

Hard drive
This is a magnetic storage medium for a computer, these are flat circular plates made of glass, that store digital content stored on a hard drive, these can be external or internal, this is non-volatile and have a high capacity
-Solid state-
The solid-state has a high speed, over any other storage which is why it is probably the most expensive it also has high speed and durability as it doesn’t have movement however the solid-state is very energy efficient the lifespan is long as well due to the durability
Flash drive
This is the type of memory that is used when there is no power, it is durable as it has no rotating components, and it is also versatile as it can have BIOS and USB interfaces, they are very efficient as they use minimal energy for fats transfer rates

Ports in computers is a connection point in the computer between an external or internal device this can be in the form of CD drives etc
USB
This is usually used for connecting and transferring data across computers or can be a source of power for different computers
Firewire
This is another connector modum that is used to connect peripherals such as camcorders and external hard drives to your computer

Connecting a computers’s host bus adapter to storage devices such as HDDs and SSDs
