An embedded system is a computer system that is built into a larger system or device. They usually have more ROM than RAM

Advantages of embedded systems? (3)
A
- Limited number of functions allows them to be cheaper
- Require less power and some can run on batteries
- Don’t need a lot of processing power so the processor can be cheap
