The belief that human beings should look after the world because the globe has intrinsic value
Intrinsic value
The belief that something should be cared for because it has value in and of itself

The assumption that human beings are the superior species
Eco-holism
An environmental movement which views all biotic and abiotic components of the ecosystem as interdependent and having inherent worth
Pantheism
The view that God is everywhere in nature
