An intangable product. For example a plumber.
Tangible
Something that you can touch.
Intangible
Something you can’t touch or see
Customer
Someone who bought the product or service
Consumer
Someone who uses the product or service.

An organisation that produces or supplys goods or a service
Social Enterprise
An organisation set up to help others and not to make profit.
Entrepreneur
Someone who takes a risk to start a business
Sole Trader
A form of business that is owned and managed by one person.
Partnership
When 2 or more people set up a business to persue a common interest
Companies
A company is owned by it’s investors
Aim
A general goal of the business, eg to make the business more profitable
Objective
Specific target that turns the aim into something that is easier to measure and access progress
