EXPLAIN THE FUNCTIONS OF THE SAFETY COUNCEL
They convene quaterly to develop safety policies recommendations.
DISCUSS PURPOSE OF MISHAP INVESTIGATION AND WHO IS REPONSIBLE TO CONDUCT IT.
Used to determine what led to the mishap and all levels should invistage. From first line supervisor to the CO.
WHAT ARE THE BASIC REPORTING PROCEDURE WHEN AN UNSAFE CONDTION REPORT IS SUBMITTED.
Report it to the Chain of Command, if they dont solve it report ot Safety Office.
DISCUSS THE PURPOSE OF A SAFETY PLAN
It is an accident prevention plan
DISCUSS THE EXECUTION ADN MONITORING OF SAFETY PLAN
The Project Supervisor executes the safety plan and the Project Manager monitors the project supervisor.
HOW TO PROPERLY USE AND MANTAIN PPE
Mantain the equipment in good working condition to lessen the probability of injury.
WHEN IS A GFCI REQUIRED
Ground Fault Circuit Interruption
Required with all electric hand tools. Tested monthly and they CANNOT be repaired, they need to go back to the manufacturer.
