Officer in Charge
(OIC/CO)
Maintains logistical and situational awareness that will determine mission effectiveness
Assistant Officer in Charge
(AOIC/XO)
tasked with managing the daily admin of the battalion (also the host liaison in country)
Command Master Chief

Advises the CO on all enlisted personnel issues and provides a communication pathway through the CoC

Most critical during activation/deactivation phases. Ensuring proper maintenance of MHE/CESE, facilities, repair of battle damage, and quality of life improvements
Plans Officer
Normally at the ALSS site - coordinates with other logistical staff in the AOR to keep those in charge aware of impending changes to the operation
Communications Officer
Responsible for providing the means by which the CO/OIC and other key staff member can maintain logistic situational awareness
