Employees Services Division
product testing, logistical functions during department wide mobilizations, maintains beat and policing boundaries and develops and produces reports on the performance of various aspects of departmental operations
Office of Planning
sharing policy with other agencies, as well as coordinating participation in nationwide studies. coordinates and administer inter-agency agreements on behalf of the department. develops strategic foresight and strategies to accomplish long range goals and objectives of the department. Also oversees Uniform Supply, mailroom, office supplies center, and print shop.

Supports patrol and investigative divisions. provides services to the general public, department personnel, other criminal justice agencies and courts by providing police reports and other documents,
Records Division
Responsible for monthly Uniform Crime Report which reflect specific data on Part I crimes in the city. Ensures that serialized stolen/recovered property is entered into the state and national computers for retrieval by any law enforcement agency. Enters and performs quality control of towed/repossessed vehicles. Maintains hard copies of all police generated reports received by the division, acts as the custodian of police records.
Records Divison
laboratory analysis of evidence including but not limited to biology/DNA/trace, controlled substances, firearms, and toxicology.
Crime Lab Division
Automated Fingerprint Identification System, Audio/Video, Crime Scene Unit, Digital Forensics Lab, Latent Lab, Photo Lab, and Polygraph Unit
Identification Division
Storage and retrieval of evidence and found property. Coordinates the disposal of salvage/surplus city property.
