What to tell PH when repudiating:
A
- Explain your understanding of loss and cause of loss
- Limitiation of cover in respect to loss & why it’s not covered
- Supporting evidence (quote from policy)

How should you tell a PH their claim is being repudiated?
A
- Verbally if possible, allowing them to put across their opposing argument then follow up in writing

How do you signpost a repudation?
A
-Advise may not be covered, however you need to check policy/info/sources further.
- No surprises
