Air rights
The right and owner of real property has to the air space above the property to a reasonable height
Appurtenances
Right, privileges and improvements that belong to and pass with the transfer of the property, but that are not necessarily a part of the actual property
Bundle of rights
Consists of all the common law, rights that are attached to the ownership of the physical real state
Emblements
Annual crops cultivated by tenant farmers ad sharecroppers
Fixture
Starts out as personal property, but then becomes so attached to the real estate that it becomes a physical part of it
Fructus industrials
annual crops produced by human labor, such as fruits, nuts, vegetables, and grains
Attachments
Items permanently attached to the land, are real property, and belong to the owner
Fructus Naturales
Naturally occurring plant growth, such as:
grasses
trees
shrubs
And are considered part of the real property
Improvements
Anything resting on or integrated into the land in such a way to become permanent is owned as a part of the property
Land
Includes the surface, the subsurface, (within reach of technology), and the airspace above the surface of the land
