people can keep and bear arms
the third amendment states
the soldiers can’t abide by the quartering act or enter anyone’s house without permission, especially during war
the fourth amendment states
prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause
the fifth amendment states

the sixth amendment states
guarantees a citizen a speedy trial, a fair jury, an attorney if the accused person wants one, and the chance to confront the witnesses who is accusing the defendant of a crime, meaning he or she can see who is making accusations
the seventh amendment states
you have the right to trial by jury in accordance to the rules of the common law.
the eighth amendment states
prohibiting the federal government from imposing excessive bail, excessive fines, or cruel and unusual punishment.
the ninth amendment states
states that there are other rights that may exist aside from the ones explicitly mentioned, and even though they are not listed, it does not mean they can be violated.
the tenth amendment states
the power that the government doesn’t have are given to the state or people
