ASO working in a joint environment with the Army looking at Air Land integration (Bulford or Colchester)

Cap Gen on a current platform bringing together stakeholders to determine requirements and look at capability milestones

I can expect to attend a 2 week CWOC course

Beyond this I can expect to complete IOD 2 + 3

I would also need to complete the FAC2 course

Eligible last 4 years which equator 2 JO tours

The board sits in November each year and strong candidates can be read if they are classed as below the zone

A flight commander on a frontline squadron

Cap gen or a RM on existing or new platforms

As well as wider ASO roles for example working for MAB

I would expect a 5-year extension taking me to MEOS

I can expect no change to my pay for at least 5 years as I’ve yet to reach
