Summarise Conflict Avoidance, Management and Dispute Resolution Procedures

Need to know how to avoid conflicts in the first instance and how they can be managed.
Dispute resolution is ADR, of which there are a few types:
* Arbitration
* Independent Expert Determination
* Mediation
Surveyors can adopt 2 distinct roles:
1. Expert Witness (in front of a tribunal)
2. Advocate (in front of dispute resolver)
