One should never speak of

A

another’s drawbacks or flaws. Doing so causes unrest and results in the displeasure of Bhagwan and the guru. If extremely necessary, it is acceptable to convey the truth with pure intent to an authorized person. Satsang Diksha: Shlok 165-166
