Opinion:
Subjective
Example: Richard Nixon was the best President we’ve ever had
Claimed statement of facts have clear at least potentially discoverable answers:
Example: what the text of the constitution says, how far the sun is from earth.
Opinion what power should the president have?
Not one clear answer conclude whatever you like but support with facts and evidence not all opinions are equally strong
Do the articles of confederation mention the executive branch?
No the national government under them consisted of a single legislative body called congress. There was no executive or judicial branch.
