TCAS?

A

An onboard system which uses transponder infomation to alert the crew to proximate traffic and to potentially conflicting or actually conflicting tarffic.

TCAS RA?

A

Takes priority over any ATC.

When able you must advise ATC of a TCAS RA, as you will haev deviated from flight level.

When clear of the conflict, return to the cleared level unless told otherwise by ATC.

If you are unable to accept and ATC instruction beacuse it is in conflict with a TCAS RA tell ATC.

A

Minimum Safe Altitude Warning (MSAW)

A ground-based safety net intended to warn the controller about increased risk of controlled flight into terrain accidents by generating, in a timely manner, an alert of aircraft proximity to terrain or obstacles.

6.3.2 The RTF, associated with a failure or degradation of an aircraft’s (civil or military) B-RNAV system, detected before or after departure, is as follows:

How should clearence be read back?

A

In this case, the pilots shall read-back the entire message word for word. They should also terminate the read-back by their call sign.
