Information including ethnicity, physical or mental health, religion….
What is section 115 of the crime and disorder act?
A person has the power to disclose certain data to a relevant authority
What is the freedom of information act?
General right of access to information
What is section 55 of the data protection act?
You can be convicted of a criminal offence under section 55 if you disclose personal data
What is section 77 of the freedom of information act?
It prevents you altering or deleting data once a foi request has been made
