What does this patient have?

Celiac disease

Increased CD4 cells in the lamina propria and increased CD8 cells suggestive of celiac
This is the small bowel. What do you see here that is unusual?

Inter Epithelial Lymphocytes In Small Bowel, consistent with celiac disease

Allergic Proctocolitis - increased eosinophils in the colon without crypt architectural changes

Allergic Proctocolitis

Eosinophilic Esophagitis - this could be mistaken for candidiasis except for the presence of eosinophils

Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Food in the esophagus due to eosinophilic esophagitis

Furrows - long furrowed lines suggest eosionophilic esophagitis

Left - Normal, Right - Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis, note huge infiltration by eosinophils

Left - Normal, Right - Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis

Normal esophagus

Rings - Felinization or Tracheazation of the esophagus
