Yes
Can a passenger decline an individual safety briefing?
Yes.

How may I best assist you?
Describe non-ambulant:
A passenger who is not capable of movement/displacement without assistance and who is not capable of exiting an aircraft without assistance.
Can a passenger with a leg cast sit at the emergency exits?
No
WCHR
Passenger who can ascend/descend the aircraft steps and make their way to the canin but not walk long distance.
WCHS
Passenger who cannot ascend/descend aircraft steps but who are able to make their way to the cabin seat.
WCHC
Passengers who are completely immobile and cannot walk.
They require the use of a Washington or Straight back chair.
Who can request a MAAS (meet and assist service)?
Persons needing physical assistance.
Persons who do not speak the local language.
How many non-ambulant/self-reliant/non-accompanied passengers can we accept on a flight?

Unlimited
