What is self-motivation?
Being self-motivated at work means looking beyond the bare minimum of what’s required.
These types of workers know what their goals are, strive to find more efficient ways of getting things done, and don’t require constant handholding or reminders about what tasks need to be completed.

What is an interdependent team?

Cross-functional: brought together to complete a task. Once the task is complete, they disband.
What is an organisational team?
Organisational teams: usually a ‘top management team’, bound together because it contributes to overall objectives.
What is a functional team?
Functional: a team that is self-contained and permanent, delivering outputs.
