Hi! This is (name) with (company). We’re real estate investors in your area and we buy all kinds of properties all for cash. I’m calling to see if you have properties to sell or know someone who does?*

Setting the Stage
Sounds good - Do you have about 5 minutes so I can ask you some questions about your property?
O: “I’m shopping around for the best price possible…”
A: “We don’t like getting into bidding wars. It’s just bad business and typically, we’re one of the highest and best offers. I’m not sure who else is giving you an offer—I don’t know if they have proof of funds or if they can close quickly. But if you want to go with them, I completely understand…”
