Q

What is the primary goal of football training?

A
  • The primary goal of football training is to optimize the cycle,

of communicating-deciding-executing decision

which results in better football action.

  • We don’t train the body in isolation from its surroundings.

It is not about working on conditioning the body (isolated)

during training, but the objective is to maintain the ability

to play football for a longer period of time at a higher tempo

(actions per minute!).
