If there is an existing Initial Assessment for the Patient, will we just be updating it?
No, despite the name of the form, a new Initial Assessment will be filled out for each visit, including for this recall.
How do we enter a Perio Diagnosis?
Click on Treatment History
Click on Diagnose Biology
How do we complete a Template Note
Click on the Green Cross Post It Note Icon
Select Template Note and Click OK
Click the Code Pull Down Menu (Ellipses)
Select Template Note
What are the steps to complete the Adult Prophy
- Right Click on Planned Treament
- Select Complete Treatment
- Select your GPG
- Click on the Checkmark Folder at the top of the Complete Treatment Screen
- Click OK
- Get Faculty to Swipe
What if a patient refuses recommended treatment?
There is a refusal of treatment form, but you can also note it in template notes.
