1. Check rhythm after 2 minutes of CPR
2. If shockable ->
3. charge during CPR ->
4. instruct team to minimize Peri-shock pause ->
5. when fully charged deliver a shock

300mg IV/IO push

150mg IV/IO push
5 min after 1st dose
